In the Viemose department, we also produce rotational molded plastic parts from 500 liters up to 15,000 liters. Furthermore, here is also performed installation and finishing of plastic items ready to ship directly to the consumer. Here we also have our own grinding unit, which can grind polyethylene, that can then be recycled to the types of plastics which are suitable for molding.

We produce rotational moulded plastic items from 0.5 litres up to 15,000 litres. Over the years, we have solved many assignments within the industrial, public and private sectors, including the production of food-approved plastics. We also custom design, develop and manufacture special plastic products and always meet our customers' demands and needs.
Mould workshop for plastic in Kalvehave
In Kalvehave, we have our own mould workshop department, where we work with great care to produce the majority of the mould tools used at DRP. At the same time, we have production facilities for producing plastic where we rotational mould plastic items from 0.5 litres up to 2,000 litres.
Rotational casting, assembly and finishing in Viemose
In Viemose, we carry out plastic moulding on plastic items. These range from 500 litres up to 15,000 litres and are rotational moulded. Viemose also carries out assembly and finishing of the plastic items ready for delivery directly to the consumer. Here we also have our own grinding facilities, where we grind polyethylene, which can then be recycled into plastic items that are suitable for being moulded into recycled plastic.
